The participants who are the normal group receives 0.75 mcg/kg of dexmedetomidine in 10 ml NSS IV over 10 minutes.,The participants who are the low dose group receives 10 mcg of dexmedetomidine in 10

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria include singleton pregnancies aged 18-45 years and physical ASA status I-II undergoing cesarean section at Samut Prakan Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery 2. Patients with heart disease 3. Patients with respiratory disease 4. Patients with neuromuscular disease 5. Patients with BMI greater than 30 kg/m2
