Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children age between 1 to 6 years. 2. Present with chronic cough lasting more than 4 weeks, or History of wheezing as observed by parents, or History of nebulization treatment in a healthcare setting. 3. Parents possess an internet-enabled smartphone and can effectively communicate with the medical team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed with asthma. 2. Born prematurely. 3. Diagnosed with bronchopulmonary dysplasia. 4. Without a closely supervising guardian present during assessment. 5. Parents unable to use an internet-enabled smartphone or effectively communicate with the research team.
