Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mothers with a history of either naturally conceived twin pregnancies or twin pregnancies resulting from assisted reproductive technologies 2. previously received antenatal care at Siriraj Hospital 3. history can be obtained through: - Medical records - Telephone interviews with the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no history of antenatal care at Siriraj hospital 2. important outcomes cannot be obtained completely 3. twin pregnancy with more than 2 fetuses
