Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID 19) is an infectious disease of the respiratory system that can cause severe pneumonia and even death. The COVID 19 pandemic has become a serious public health issue. Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: pregnant women who were vaccinated against COVID-19 during pregnancy and who received antenatal care clinic and delivered their babies at Venerable Thawisak Jutindharo Hospital between May 2022 and October 2022 inclusion criteria 1) women with single pregnancy, 2) those aged over 18 years, 3) those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19, 4) those who can speak and communicate in Thai, and 5) those who do not have a family history of COVID-19 or close contact with people with the condition. In particular, the participants should have received at least two vaccine doses, a proof of vaccination, or a history of vaccination in the Ministry of Public Health application (without the need for further vaccination according to the normal formula or period)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows: 1) pregnant women with COVID-19 or those with a history of the infection before pregnancy, 2) those with a history of close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, 3) those with immunodeficiency diseases such as congenital immunodeficiency, 4) those with HIV who are receiving immunosuppressive drugs, and 5) those with maternal or fetal crisis
