Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Youth aged 15-24 years who live in Bangkok, with elderly family members living in the same house and spending at least 2 hours per day in close contact with the elderly. 2. Youth have communication tools with internet signals and can use them to study online, such as mobile phones, desktop computers, notebooks, iPads or tablets. 3. Being a person with physical and mental health that is not an obstacle to training and practicing caring for the elderly. From observation, no disabilities of the arms or legs were found. From questioning the youth, no symptoms of mental illness/psychiatry/ADHD/stress from online learning were found. 4. Can read, write and communicate in Thai.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Youth who reported having caused an accident involving an older family member within the past month. 2. Youth who reported having a poor relationship with the older adult, expressed no interest in, or refused to provide care for the elderly family member. Research Instruments
