Levofloxacin (500 mg) 0.25 tablet crushed and mixed with 0.9% normal saline 250 ml and pulmicort (0.5 mg/2ml) 1 respule and used 125 ml of solution for irrigation each nostril 2 times per day,Doxycycl

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years 2. Patients diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis with bilateral nasal polyps, excluding cases of recurrent nasal polyps after previous surgery 3. Patients scheduled for bilateral full house Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of allergy to fluoroquinolone or tetracycline antibiotics 2. Patients diagnosed with cystic fibrosis or other mucociliary disorders, as indicated by involvement of other organs 3. Patients with immunodeficiency 4. Patients currently receiving treatment with biological agents
