Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tibial plateau fracture Schatzker type IV-VI 2. Close fracture 3. Age between 18-70 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in this study 2. Unable to rehabilitate due to concomitant traumatic injury 3. Pathologic fracture 4. Knee dislocation 4. Popliteal artery injury
