Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A first-year medical student with no prior formal training in surgical knot-tying. 2. A board-certified staff surgeon with more than 10 years of experience to establish a performance benchmark. 3. Voluntarily provides written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous formal training or certification in surgical knot-tying or suturing techniques. 2. Any physical or neurological condition that could impair fine motor skills or hand dexterity. 3. Unwillingness or inability to provide informed consent.
