Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women between 23 and 32 weeks 6 days of gestation who are admitted due to preterm labor or have an indication for pregnancy termination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwanted pregnancy 2. Fetal major congenital anomalies or fetal chromosomal anomalies 3. Require emergency termination of pregnancy 4. Hemodynamic instability or impaired mental status 5. Inability to read or understand the Thai language 6. Prior receipt of antenatal counseling during this pregnancy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Maternal recall of survival and disability rates Within 72 hours after antenatal counseling Maternal recall of neonatal survival and disability rates will be assessed by open-ended questions. Responses within plus or minus 20 percent of actual values will be considered accurate.
