Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years with hospitalized with a physician confirmed diagnosis of AHF and an NT-proBNP level more than 300 pg/mL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnancy 2. CKD stage 5, current kidney replacement therapy or post-kidney transplantation 3. AKI stage 3 at presentation or need for acute dialysis 4. Suspected urinary tract infection or urine white blood cell count > 5 cells/high-power field, urine red blood cell count > 5 cells/high-power field, baseline UPCR > 3 g/g Cr, suspected hematologic malignancy or multiple myeloma, rhabdomyolysis, intravascular hemolytic anemia, or refusal to provide informed consent.
