20 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 and 55 years. 2. Diagnosed with migraine according to the International Classification of Headache having a history of migraine for at least 12 months, with fewer than 14 headache days per month and at least 2 migraine days in the 3 months prior to screening. 3. Experiencing mild to moderate headache intensity. 4. Fully conscious and able to communicate effectively. 5. Willing to participate voluntarily and provide informed consent. 6. Not diagnosed with hypertension. 7. Not currently taking anticoagulant medications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic blood pressure exceeding 160 mmHg and or diastolic blood pressure exceeding 100 mmHg. 2. Body temperature greater than 37.5 C 3. Presence of open wounds or active infections in the cervical, shoulder, or upper back regions. 4. Diagnosed with osteoporosis, cervical spondylosis, or bone malignancies.
