35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with hypertension only or hypertension with comorbid hyperlipidemia, aged between 35 to 65 years. 2. Have been receiving antihypertensive medication for at least one year, with the two most recent blood pressure readings 140/90 mmHg. Have no history of ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, or stage 4 or higher chronic kidney disease. Able to speak, respond, read, and understand the Thai language. 3. No history of cognitive or language comprehension disorders. 4. No psychiatric disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have been receiving antihypertensive medication for at least one year, with the two most recent blood pressure readings equal to or greater than 140/90 mmHg, and have experienced hypotension with blood pressure lower than 90/60 mmHg.
