Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adult patients age range between 18 to 60 years. 2 Irreversible pulpitis with normal apical tissue. 3 Irreversible pulpitis with symptomatic apical periodontitis .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.retreatment cases 2. pulpal necrosis 3, abscess, 4 severe periodontal disease, 5 immature apex, 6. resorption, 7. systemic compromise, 8 pregnancy, 9mental disability 10.allergy to local anesthesia
