Muscle pain after exercise. Muscle strain, massage oil, hemp seeds, complementary medicine

Interventions

10 % hemp seed massage oil with base oil, for external used on the pain area, with 1 ml per time, three times per day at morning, noon, and evening for a duration of 4 days.,external used on the pain

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Athletes aged between 18 to 60 years old. 2. Without prior injuries to both arms and serious health conditions. 3. Experienced pain scores more than 3, 24 hours after exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants using other pain relief medications for one week before. 2. Participants unable to exercise 3. Participants allergic to massage oil.
