Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years ASA I (healthy individuals with no systemic disease) Scheduled for maxillary root canal treatment requiring buccal infiltration anesthesia Low dental anxiety (Modified Corah's Dental Anxiety Scale score 1 or 2) No known allergies to amide-type local anesthetics Non-smokers Not pregnant
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA II or higher History of hypertension or cardiovascular disease Use of medications affecting cardiovascular or nervous system function Allergy to amide-type local anesthetics Modified Corah's Dental Anxiety Scale score ( 3 and higher) Smokers Failure to achieve adequate anesthesia with a single injection (requiring supplemental anesthesia)
