Inclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus 2) Diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus for at least 1 month 3) Aged 18 years or older 4) No other medical or obstetric conditions 5) No psychological problems 6) Own a mobile phone, tablet, or notebook with internet access
