15 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female age 15 - 35 years old 2. Primary dysmenorrhea and pain score more than 5 of 10 point 3. Regular mense 4. No history of abortion and giving birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary dysmenorrhea 2. Use regular medication for muscle relaxant 3. Use IUD (Intrauterine Device)
