Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Willing to cooperate in the study. 2. Able to communicate (listen, speak, read, and write) in the Thai language. 3. Owns and is able to operate a smartphone and applications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A score greater than or equal to 63 on the SPST-20 questionnaire. 2. A score greater than 5 on the STOP-Bang questionnaire. 3. A score greater than or equal to 11 on any subscale of the HADS questionnaire. 4. Discomfort or inconvenience in using headphones. 5. Presence of hearing problems. 6. Currently using or having used sleep medications or sleep-aiding products within the past month. 7. Having an available sleep duration of less than 5 hours per day due to personal duties. 8. Having a pre-existing medical condition that affects sleep, including dementia, heart failure, kidney failure, stroke, cancer under active treatment, or stage 2 obesity (BMI > 30).
