Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students must be enrolled in grades 4 to 6 under the jurisdiction of the Office of Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area. 2. Students must have motor coordination scores below the established standard, as assessed by Body Coordination Test for Children. 3. Students must voluntarily agree to participate in the study and obtain written informed consent from their parent or legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from the study if they meet any of the following conditions: 1. Medical Contraindications: Presence of any medical condition that may pose a health risk during physical activity, including but not limited to: Cardiovascular disease, Severe asthma, Anxiety disorders or other psychological conditions requiring ongoing treatment 2. Behavioral Issues: History of aggressive or disruptive behavior that may endanger themselves or others during group activities. 3. Non-compliance: Inability or unwillingness to follow instructions or participate in scheduled sessions throughout the intervention period. 4. Concurrent Participation in Other Programs: Enrollment in other physical training or cognitive intervention programs that may influence the outcomes of this study. 5. Withdrawal of Consent: Participant or their parent/guardian withdraws consent at any time during the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in Motor Coordination Baseline (Week 0) and Post-intervention (Week 9) Total Motor Quotient (MQ) score from the KTK. The KTK is a standardized test used to assess gross motor coordination in children aged 5 to 14 years.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in Cognitive Function Baseline (Week 0) and Post-intervention (Week 9) Ravens 2 Progressive Matrices Test. The Ravens 2 is a non-verbal test of general cognitive ability, suitable for individuals aged 4 to 69 years.
