Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The research participants were parents of children who received dental treatment at the Pediatric Dentistry Clinic, Faculty of Dentistry, Western University, Wacharapol Campus. 2. The research participants can read, understand Thai language and can answer the questionnaire by themselves. 3. The research participants consent to participate in the research project by receiving complete research project information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants were ill with an emergency during the data collection period. 2. Has all the qualifications but is busy or unable to cooperate at that time.
