Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18 years and older, males or females, 2. HbA1C of 7% or higher on the latest test at a healthcare facility within the past six months, 3. receive oral diabetic treatments, 4. able to communicate in Thai, and 5. willing to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have complications of diabetes that require hospitalization, 2. a change in treatment regimen or need for insulin injection, and 3. unable to continue participation in any of the program activity
