Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is one of the most common sleep disorders in Thailand. The collapse of soft tissues in the upper airways of patients can cause the snoring and deoxygenation during sleep. myofunctional training weekly by occupational therapist via telemedicine ,neck stretching and strengthening exercise weekly

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years old 2. Patient who was diagnosed mild to moderate OSA within 3 months 3. Patient who cannot tolerate CPAP and discontinue CPAP at least 2 weeks 4. Patient who has smartphone and can use VDO call feature

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Facial abnormality 2. Severe tongue tie 3. Uncontrolled allergic rhinitis or asthma 4. Neuromuscular disorder 5. Neurodegenerative disorder eg. PD 6. Heart failure, Ischemic heart disease 7. Patient who use SSRI, SNRI, benzodiazepine, anti-cholinergic and anti-spastic drugs 8. Morbid obesity
