Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older, 2. Registered member of the Deaf Association of Thailand, 3.Certified as a person with hearing impairment by Thai disability criteria, defined as having an average hearing threshold of 41 decibels or greater (up to profound hearing loss) at 500, 1000, 2000, and 4000 Hz in the better-hearing ear, 4.Able to understand Thai Sign Language, 5.Able to access the internet and complete questionnaires via a website, 6.Able to use the Line application, 7.Score of 14 or higher on the Thai Perceived Stress Scale (T-PSS-10), indicating moderate or higher stress
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Regular mindfulness practice for more than one year, 2.Currently undergoing psychotherapy, 3.Initiated psychiatric treatment within the past 3 months, 4.Started or adjusted psychiatric medication within the past 3 months, 5.Diagnosed with intellectual disability (IQ below 70)
