Conditions

the study is conducted in healthy human volunteers who will undergo single one stage implant surgery in the posterior region. Cold plasma, Dental implant, Wound healing, Bacteria load, Bleeding on Probing, Bone resorption

Interventions

Cold plasma will be applied directly to the dental implant wound immediately after the implant placement with a medical grade cold plasma device for 15 minutes. ,The participant will receive standard

Age
20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 20 and 80 years 2. Both male and female 3. Single stage implant surgery in the posterior region 4. Good systemic health (ASA Class I or II) 5. Both immediate and delayed implant placement 6. Adequate bone density for implant placement 7. Non-smokers or ceased smoking for at least 6 months before surgery 8. No history of periodontal diseases or in maintenance phase 9. Willing and able to attend all follow-up appointments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic use of corticosteroids or anti-inflammatory drugs 2. Use of medications affecting bone metabolism (e.g. bisphosphonates, etc.) 3. History of radiation therapy in the head and neck region 4. Patients who require or have recently undergone bone grafting before implant placement 5. Active infections or periodontal diseases in the surgical area 6. Pregnant or lactating women
