Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai People between 20-60 years old 2. Having myofascial pain on Piriformis at least 6 mouths. 3. Visual analog scale (VAS) > or = 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for Radiofrequency : 1.1 active cancer 1.2 pregnancy 1.3 deep vein thrombosis 1.4 pacemarker or other electronic implants 1.5 wound or other active lesions on lower back 1.6 active TB 2. Neurological impairment 3. Discontinue this project
