Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female and male subjects aged 30 - 60 years old 2. Having good health and mental condition 3. Having normal, dry, oily, or combination skin 4. Having facial wrinkle scale 2-7 (the wrinkle scale developed by CosNat) 5. Being able to communicate, read, and write in Thai Language 6. Willing to participate in the project, sign personal informed consent and be able to follow the study protocol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having dermatological disorders (e.g. scars, sunburn, moles) on test sites or having acute skin diseases (e.g. atopic eczema, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis) within last 6 months 2. Having history of gastrointestinal diseases or indigestion with severe symptoms 3. Having immunological disorders or severe illnesses, such as cancer, acute cardiac and circulatory disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, or severe skin-related pathologies (i.e., skin cancer, psoriasis, eczema, melasma) within last 6 months 4. Having a significant past medical history that, in the opinion of a physician, would compromise the safety of the subjects 5. Having history of major operation within 1 year 6. Having history using anti-inflammatory agents, antibiotics, or antihistamines within 4 weeks 7. Using any contraceptives less than 1 month before the study 8. Having history of food allergies against ingredients of the test products, such as fish, glutathione, Vitamin E, Maltodextrin, and Stevia leaf extract 9. BMI > 27 kg/m2 10. Pregnancy or lactation 11. Regular smoking* or drinking** 12. Having exposure to intensive sunlight or artificial UV (solarium) light on the test sites within 1 week and during the study 13. Participating in other studies involving cosmetic products on the test areas within 2 weeks or a pharmaceutical preparation/food supplement within 4 weeks Note *Regular smoking was defined as smoking at least 1 cigarette/day **Regular drinking was defined as consuming at least 1 glass/day or 250 ml/day
