Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Upon waking up in the morning, the knee feels stiff, tight, and restricted. The knee must be moved to become flexible and functional for walking and standing. The time needed to mobilize the knee should not exceed 30 minutes.,2. When moving the knee (bending and straightening) by themselves, there is a distinct creaking sound in the knee joint.,3. Pain when pressing on the bones around the knee joint.,4. Visible deformity or enlargement of the knee joint, with the bone appearing protruded.,5. No warmth is detected when palpating the knee joint with the back of the hand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The volunteer does not wish to participate in the research project for any reason and wishes to withdraw from the study.,2.The volunteer has participated in the project fewer than 3 times or has missed more than 3 sessions throughout the study.
