Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 The diagnosis indicates central sleep apnea. 2 Have physical or mental health conditions that may affect daytime sleepiness or nighttime sleep including dementia, hypothyroidism, narcolepsy, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), arthritis, liver cirrhosis and depression. 3 Have had insufficient sleep of less than 6 hours per night. 4 Have a history of using hypnotics or antidepressants. 5 Work in different time intervals.
