Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. children and adolescents, 2. diagnosed with CAP , 3. receiving care at Siriraj Hospital, including both outpatients and inpatients, 4. Patients or their legal guardians voluntarily agree to participate in the study by signing the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. identification of respiratory pathogens other than M. pneumoniae in nasopharyngeal samples, 2. onset of respiratory symptoms more than 72 hours after hospital admission.
