Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years old 2. Neuromuscular dysphagia, diagnosis by FEES and stable condition > 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of surgery or RT or tumor in H&N area 2. High risk aspiration 3. CAD(coronary artery disease), Bradycardia (HR < 40/min), Hypotension (SBP<90, DBP<60 mmHg) 4. Abnormal liver function 5. CrCl < 30 mL/min 6. Uric acid > 8 mg/dL 7. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
