Dialysis sessions in which the arterial needle is removed first.,After dialysis sessions, we remove the arterial needle second after the venous needle. (venous needle is removed first.)

20 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hemodialysis via an arteriovenous fistula (AVF) 2. Willingness to participate and give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose dialysis needles were removed before completion of the prescribed session for any reason, such as needle dislodgement or extravasation. 2. Patients who are hemodynamically unstable and unable to complete the full dialysis session. 3. Patients who undergo dialysis at Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital for fewer than two sessions. 4. Patients who withdraw from the study.
