Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and older 2. A family caregiver of an older adult with dementia, who has been providing care for more than 3 months 3. Has access to a device capable of joining online training (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or computer) 4. Able to use basic online communication tools such as Zoom and LINE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Family caregivers with physical or health conditions that may prevent them from participating in the program 2. Family caregivers who become unreachable during the study period 3. Cases in which the care recipient is moved to a nursing home, transferred to a hospital for long-term care or passes away during the study 4. Family caregivers who attend less than 80% of the total program sessions, especially those who miss more than one Group Support session
