The intervention group will receive a set of activities consisting of remote patient monitoring, clinical risk prediction, virtual care platforms for patients, and practical guidelines for caregivers

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults : aged 60 and over undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy are described as the following 1.1 First prescheduled undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and receive general anesthesia. 1.2 The Mini-Cog score of 3 or higher have normal cognitive functions. 1.3 ADL score more than 12 in the preoperative period. 1.4 Having a family member as a caregiver. 1.5 Proficient in Thai (listening and reading). 1.6 Willing to participate in this study. 2. Caregivers are described as the following 2.1 Aged 18 and over, if age more than 60, The Mini-Cog score must be 3 or higher representing a normal cognitive function. 2.2 Live together with older adults. 2.3 Proficient in Thai (listening and reading). 2.4 Willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Older adults undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy are described as the following 1.1 Having postoperative complications that could be potentially harmful to continue in the study (e.g., arrhythmia, massive internal bleeding). 1.2 Conversion to open surgery. 1.3 Participating in another intervention. 2. Caregivers are described as the following 2.1 Having acute health issues, a disease, or a problem that affects memory or decision-making.
