Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mother 1. 18 years old or older 2. Single pregnancy 3. Normal nipples, areolas, and breasts 4. Able to communicate in Thai Infant 1. Premature infants with postmenstrual age (PMA) of 32-34 weeks 2. Weight 1,500 grams or more 3. Received milk through a feeding tube and never received oral sucking training 4. Normal vital signs: body temperature 36.8-37.2 degrees Celsius, heart rate 110-160 beats per minute, respiratory rate 40-60 beats per minute, blood oxygen saturation greater than 90% 5. Stop oxygen for at least 24 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mother 1. Severe postpartum illness requiring treatment in the intensive care unit or postpartum complications. 2. Contraindications to breastfeeding. 3. Physical limitations such as muscle weakness, arm and finger disabilities, and brain diseases as diagnosed by a doctor, etc. 4. Mental health conditions as assessed by the Department of Mental Health's 2-question depression screening form (2Q) and 9-question depression screening form (9Q) and scores 6 or more points. 5. Learning disorders such as autism, Down syndrome, etc. Infant 1. Congenital disabilities or genetic disorders such as congenital heart disease, hydrocephalus from birth and Down syndrome, etc. 2. Having a disability of the organ related to swallowing, such as cleft lip and palate, crooked mouth, and severe frenulum under the tongue that has not been clipped, etc. 3. Having a chronic illness, such as moderate to severe chronic lung disease, necrotizing enterocolitis, cerebral hemorrhage level 3 or higher, as diagnosed by a doctor, and severe oxygen deficiency, i.e., an Apgar score of less than 3 points at minute 1, etc.
