Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing students aged at least 18 years, 2. Whose score for the Thai version of the Beck Depression Inventory II (BDI-II) (Sriyong, 1979) is between 14 and 28, indicating mild to moderate depression, 3. Being able to access the CBT website and willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being diagnosed by psychiatrists with schizophrenia and mood disorders as reported by the participant and student advisor, 2. Participating in other psychotherapy programs
