18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum women with normal vaginal delivery. 2. Aged between 18 and 35 years. 3. Fully conscious and responsive to environmental stimuli. 4. Pain level less than 75 mm on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum hemorrhage. 2. Herbal allergy. 3. Wounds in the abdominal area.
