18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Obese patients with BMI equal to or greater than 30 kg/m2 2.Aged between 18 and 60 years 3.Scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia with oral endotracheal intubation 4.American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 2 or 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Tracheostomy 2.Abnormalities or malignancies of the face, throat, or oral cavity 3.Cervical spine disease or injury 4.Head or neck tumors; prior intubation 5.Pregnancy 6.Inability to provide informed consent.
