Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with spinal cord injury from any causes (both traumatic and non-traumatic) admitted for inpatient rehabilitation 2. Age more than 18 years old 3. Able to communicate in Thai 4. Consent to study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other associated central nervous system or peripheral nervous system lesion such as multiple sclerosis, stroke, Guillan Barre Syndrome, brachial plexus injury 2. Cognitive impairment 3. Admission for reasons other than intensive rehabilitation e.g. bladder investigations, caregiver training
