Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Infertility is diagnosed (when the woman has not been able to conceive after 12 months or more of attempts by a couple to have regular, normal sexual life without using any contraception). 2.The ABO blood group information of the couple and the semen examination results of the husband were complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Absence of ABO blood group information 2.severe malformations of reproductive organs 3.chromosomal karyotype abnormalities 4.male ejaculation 5.azoospermia 6.retrograde ejaculation 7.tubal ligation 8.vasectomy
