Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) children under 15 years of age who underwent cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass between April 2025 and December 2025 at Thammasat University Hospital in Thailand
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support; 2) Redo cardiac surgeries, to mitigate the impact of perioperative inflammation.
