Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. female adolescents aged 13-18 years 2. BMI for age ranging from +1 SD to +2 SD 3. Engaging in light to moderate physical activity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the presence of eating disorders 2. adherence to specific dietary regimens 3. ongoing medical treatment, 4. allergies to nuts or fruits, and 5. the use of dietary supplements.
