Participants will perform circuit training, 3 days per week for 12 weeks. Progressive loading will be applied for safety of the participants since they are sedentary overweight/obese as well as to all

20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female Body Mass Index (BMI) >= 23 kg/m2 Age between 20-50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Permanent disability (disability that may prevent participants from engaging in physical activities) 2. Pregnant 3. Having chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, asthma, and other related. Participants interested in joining this program need to obtain a letter of approval/permission from a Medical Officer.
