Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows: 1. Aged 60 to 70 years 2. Older adults whose physical and physiological health status allowed them to participate in the program 3. Had not been engaged in any structured physical exercise program in the last six months 4. Provided informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Were younger than 60 years or older than 70 years 2. Had physical or physiological conditions that could limit or prevent safe participation in the exercise program 3. Had participated in any structured physical exercise program within the last six months 4. Did not provide informed consent to participate in the study.
