Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with uncomplicated acute appendicitis requiring endotracheal intubation for general anesthesia Received balanced anesthesia technique during surgery 2.Classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or breastfeeding women 2.Prisoners 3.Patients with psychiatric disorders 4.Patients diagnosed with cancer 5.Known allergy to local anesthetics 6.History of chronic pain or long-term opioid use 8.Conversion to open appendectomy during surgery 9.Abdominal pain lasting more than 48 hours before presentation 10.History of previous abdominal surgery
