Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Has no motor deficit. 2. Being at least 50 years old and able to give informed consent. 3. Able to eat regular food 4. Has never been diagnosed with dysphagia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to communicate. 2. Moderate to severe dementia 3. Unable to follow through exercise protocol, defined as total exercise days less than 45 days.
