Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients currently on either oral or injection/infusion antiresorptive medication 1.Patients currently receiving either oral or injection/infusion antiresorptive medications, but without symptoms or clinical signs of MRONJ. 2.Patients exhibiting clinical signs of MRONJ in at least one location within the oral cavity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients that 1. has a history of jaw radiotherapy. 2. has an evidence of metastatic disease to the jaws. 3. presence of medications (e.g., warfarin, steroids). 4. has diseases that alter bone turnover marker levels (e.g., diabetes mellitus, liver disease, chronic kidney disease). 5. has other diseases limiting oral health care. 6. use of tobacco products.
