18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male with either unilateral or bilateral hamstring tightness 2. Age group 18 to 25 years 3. Subjects who pursue any sports 4. Restriction of less than 125 degrees in Active Knee Extension Test 5. Restriction of less than 20 cm in Sit and Reach Test 6. No previous major hamstring injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have undergone lower limb surgery within the last three months 2. Individuals diagnosed with spinal disc herniation 3. Subjects who are uncooperative or unwilling are excluded 4. Subjects with lower limb fracture 5. Muscle or tendon injuries of the hamstring 6. Persistent low back pain for the past two months 7. Lumbar and lower limb neurological involvement ruled out
