Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female gender 2. Age 18 years or more 3. Diagnosed with left-sided breast cancer or DCIS who underwent breast-conserving surgery with indication for post-operative breast radiotherapy without lymph node irradiation 4. Able to hold deep inspiration breath for 20-30 seconds
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of chest radiotherapy 2. Bilateral breast cancer 3. History of risk for contact droplet and airborne infections that are expected not to resolve within 7 days before treatment simulation 4. History of COVID-19 infection risk 5. Patients with contraindications for CPAP use including skull base injury, post-surgery with cerebrospinal fluid leakage, active epistaxis 6. Patients with diffuse parenchymal lesions on chest x-ray within 3 months 7. History of uncontrolled airway diseases or severe exacerbation requiring hospitalization within the past year 8. Patients with moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis with nasal discharge, sneezing, or nasal congestion affecting daily life or sleep more than 4 days per week and lasting more than 4 weeks
