8-week-mild to moderate intensity pulmonary rehabilitation program including endurance and strength exercises, duration for each session will be 30-40 minutes,Advice for physical activity.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with confirmed diagnosed interstitial lung disease (ILD)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. SpO2 <90% 2. Cannot tolerate ultrasonography 3. recent exacerbated of ILD within 3 months 4. diagnosis of neuromuscular disorders 5. Active pulmonary infection
