Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese college students 2. Age: 18-22 3. Location: Qiqihaer University students 4. Chrono Intermediate-type students (rMEQ) 5. Sedentary students (iPAQ)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Study participants were diagnosed with physical diseases (eg, Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, physical disability) 2. Study participants were diagnosed with psychological diseases.
